NOTES ABOUT ORDERING

***DO NOT COMBINE RTS ITEMS AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS IN YOUR CART TOGETHER UNLESS YOU WANT ALL ITEMS IN YOUR CART SHIPPED TOGETHER!!***

IF YOU ACCIDENTALLY DO SO, YOUR RTS ITEM WILL BE HELD UNTIL THE PRE-ORDER ITEM ARRIVES.

INFO ON EACH PRE-ORDER ITEM WILL TELL YOU IF SHIPPING IS PAID AT CHECKOUT. IF A PRE-ORDER IN YOUR CART DOES NOT CHARGE SHIPPING TO YOU AT CHECKOUT, YOU WILL BE INVOICED SEPARATELY FOR ANY OVERAGE IN SHIPPING COST ONCE EVERYTHING IN YOUR CART ARRIVES TO ME.

IF FOR ANY REASON YOU NEED ITEMS TO SHIP AS THEY ARRIVE AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER I CAN DO SO, BUT PLEASE NOTE THAT DOING SO VOIDS COMBINED SHIPPING PAID ONLINE AND YOU MAY BE INVOICED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES ABOVE WHAT YOU PAID AT CHECKOUT.

RTS (Ready to Ship) ITEMS:

All items labeled ready to ship (RTS) are in stock. Our RTS shipping day is Friday of each week, every week. Your order must be received no later than 9am EST Thursday to be eligible for Friday shipment. Orders placed AFTER 9am EST Wednesday  will ship the following Friday.

STORE PICK-UP

We offer store pick-up for locals to LaGrange, KY. However, if you select this option the item must be picked up within 7 days of you being notified the item has arrived. If you do not pick an item up within the allotted time frame you will no longer be allowed to use this option.

PRE-ORDERS: 

Every Pre-Order is different. Each pre-order listing will clarify the closing date and time that orders are due. Once this time has passed, you may NOT cancel your order.

**ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL**

On the retail side you may purchase just one of the item and shipping is already calculated for you at checkout. 

NOTE: If you were not charged shipping at checkout for a pre-order, once the pre-order shipment arrives to us, we will send your shipping invoice to the email address you provide when you order from this website. Shipping invoices left unpaid for over 4 days will be cancelled, and your order returned to stock. You will be refunded your original purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.

Although we still enjoy arrival times of 3-4 weeks, Pre-Orders from overseas suppliers can take up to  8 weeks to arrive. Depending on customs clearance and shipment delays, they CAN take longer. Each pre-order event will include an ETA. The ETA is formed by what we are told by the supplier. Please note that not all overseas suppliers have items RTS. (Although some do!) Most need to acquire the items from factories, or even have a lead time for production. Each pre-order will show the ESTIMATED time of arrival.


Please be mindful of this when ordering pre-order items.

ALL ORDERS SUBMITTED TO SUPPLIERS WILL BE POSTED IN THE EVENT POST FOR THAT ITEM. Please ensure that if you order from an event you have selected "Going" that way you will be notified on that status of your item including the latest information on incoming shipments or delays. Please check this your event before sending IM's or emails. We get a crazy amount of PM's, IM's and Emails.

We will ONLY ship to the address on file for your order. Please ensure this is updated when you pay your invoice. If at any time we are asked to ship to a different address, you assume ALL responsibility for the package. If your shipping invoice has already been paid, and you ask to have it shipped elsewhere, note that additional shipping fees may apply depending on the new zip code.

 

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:

We want you to be 100% happy with your PTB purchases 100% of the time! In the event that you are not, we do offer exchanges for store credit to use towards a future purchase.

.ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL! If you receive a pre-order shipment that is defective, we can offer an exchange if another exact item is in stock. If not, you will be offered a credit for the cost of that item excluding shipping paid. To be eligible for an exchange or credit for a pre-order item that is defective, you are required to contact us regarding the issue within 7 days of delivery to you. The item must be in original condition (unwashed and unworn).  You will be required to return the item to us at your expense. Once we receive the order back and we verify it is in the above condition, you will receive an email or PM with your gift card code within 10 business days. If we receive an item back does not meet the above criteria, it is subject to a $6.50 shipping fee to be returned to you.

THERE ARE NO ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES. Once you place your order on this website, it is final. We cannot make changes to your order, add to your order, or cancel your order!

If you forgot to order an item in your purchase, you must order that item separately. Please check your cart carefully before checking out. Again, do not include pre-order items and RTS items in your cart together unless you are prepared to wait on your RTS items along with the pre-order items.
