Thank you for considering us to make your custom items! We absolutely love what we do and put our heart into every custom item we do.

Please keep in mind that custom items are made by hand and the cost you see includes design time and production time. I am currently running about a 2 week timeline on custom orders but this can change depending on the time of the year. If you are on a tight dead line please message us to talk about meeting your specific needs.

All custom items are not returnable unless there is a design error on our part. We do everything possible to ensure the highest quality, long lasting, and personalized to your needs. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please reach out to us and let us know.
